Answer is (D) II and IV

REASON :-  For hyperconjugation we need alpha-Hydrogen and alpha hydrogen are mainly those hydrogen which are on the adjacent carbon atom to the Functional group or Double bond (sp² hybridisation) so here I and IV both are on the carbon atom which is adjacent to sp² carbon but in case of II , It is on sp² hybrid carbon but the carbon should be adjacent to sp² carbon.
