Answer is (D) II and IV

REASON :-  For hyperconjugation we need alpha-Hydrogen and alpha hydrogen are mainly those hydrogen which are on the adjacent carbon atom to the Functional group or Double bond (sphybridisation) so here I and IV both are on the carbon atom which is adjacent to spcarbon but in case of II , It is on sp2 hybrid carbon but the carbon should be adjacent to sp2 carbon.
