The correct option is (4).

\(-10^\circ C\,ice \xrightarrow[change]{Temp} 0^\circ\, C\, ice \xrightarrow [change]{Temp} 0^\circ\, water \xrightarrow[change]{Temp}100^\circ\, C\, water \xrightarrow{face\, change} 100^\circ\, stream\)
