Correct option is :  (iii) E0 a2

Electric flux φ=EScosɵ 

Here ɵ=45° E=E0 

S= (√2a) (a) =√2a2

So, flux=E0√2a2 cos 45°= E0 a2

Flux φ= \(\frac{q}{K\varepsilon_0}\)
