Correct option is :  (3) decreased, \(\frac{3}{4}\) 

\(P=\frac{V^2}{R}, R=\rho \times \frac{L}{A} \) 

\(P \propto \frac{1}{L}\) 

\( P_1 \times t_1=P_2 \times t_2\) 

\( \frac{P_1}{P_2}=\frac{t_2}{t_1}=\frac{L_2}{L_1}=\frac{15}{20} \) 

\(L_2=\frac{3}{4} L_1\)
