If one group at the rear chiral centres point vertically down 

• Put the group on top of Newman Projection as the top group in Fischer Projection. Groups on left in Newman are on right in Fischer and groups on right are on left in Fischer. 
• Put the group on bottom of Newman Projection as the bottom group in Fischer Projection. Groups on left in Newman are on left in Fischer and groups on right in Newman are on right in Fischer.
