Best answer

Correct opiton is (A) dQ = dW

In an isothermal process,

ΔT = 0

ΔU = n Cv ΔT = 0

According to the first law of Thermodynamics:

ΔQ = ΔW + ΔU

ΔQ = ΔW + 0

Hence ΔQ = ΔW
