1. Sign in to the AWS Management Console using the management account.
2. Navigate to AWS Organizations.
3. Create an Organization if not already done.
4. Invite other AWS accounts to join your organization or create new AWS accounts.
5. Once accounts accept the invitation, they will be added to your organization and their billing will be consolidated under the management account.
