The Pre-Regional Mathematical Olympiad (PRMO) is the initial stage of the Mathematics Olympiad. The Maths Olympiad consists of six stages. While the PRMO is organized by the Mathematics Teachers’ Association (MTA), the subsequent rounds are managed by the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE).
To qualify for the Regional Mathematical Olympiad (RMO), candidates must first succeed in the PRMO.
