The correct option is: (c) 2 and 4

Explanation:

Fishes have 2 chambered heart. Birds have a four-chambered heart. Frogs, toads, newts and salamanders have four legs. But caecilians, which form the least known group of amphibians, have no limbs and only a very short tail. They resemble snakes, worms or eels.
