Best answer

The susceptibility ✗ of a material is given by ✗m = \(\frac{1}{H}\) So large value of the susceptibility of the material means large value of intensity of magnetisation i.e. the material can be magnetised more easily. So, greater value of susceptibility of iron means that it can be more easily magnetised than copper.
