The given equation is

x2d2y/dx2 - xdy/dx + y = 2logx

∴ The general solution of Eqn. (2) is 

y = (C1 + C2z) ez + 2z + 4 

Hence the general solution of Eqn. (1) is 

y = (C1 + C2logx) · x + 2logx + 4.
