Sir,

Respectfully, I beg to request you that marriage ceremony of my elder sister will be solemnized on 15th february of this month. My presence on the occassion is highly required, relating to necessary arrangements during the marriage.

I, therefore, request your honour to be kind enough to grant me three days leave with effect from 14th, February, 2017. For this act of your kindness I shall ever remain greateful.
