Best answer

Correct option is (1) \(Ce^{4+}\) and \(Tb^{4+ }\)

Most stable oxidation state of lanthanoids is +3

\(Ce ^{4+}\) and \(Tb ^{4+}\) will get reduced easily and will be good oxidising agents.
