Git LFS is an extension for managing large files in Git repositories.

Installation:

1. Install Git LFS:

   # macOS
   brew install git-lfs
   
   # Ubuntu
   sudo apt install git-lfs 

2. Initialize Git LFS in your repository:

   git lfs install
   

Usage Example:

• Tracking a Large File:

  git lfs track "*.psd" 

  This command tells Git LFS to track all files with the .psd extension.

• Committing a Large File:

  git add file.psd
  git commit -m "Add Photoshop file"
  git push origin main
