Correct option is (d) K3[Cu(CN)4]

Copper sulphate reacts with potassium cyanide giving a white precipitate of cuprous cyanide and cyanogen gas. The cuprous cyanide dissolves in excess of KCN forming potassium cuprocyanide K3[CuCN4].
