(a) Cu is more reactive than silver, so that the cell is as

Cu/Cu2+ (0.01M)||Ag+(C)/Ag or cell reaction 

Cu + 2Ag + → Cu2+ + 2Ag 

E∞H = F 

(b) The cell reaction is Cd + 2H(0.2m) → Cd2+ (0.1M) + H (0.5 atm)
