JEE Main Exam Pattern 2025: The NTA has revised the exam pattern for the JEE Main 2025. Candidates can find the updated structure here. Notably, Section B will no longer include optional questions; instead, it will feature only 5 mandatory questions per subject.

The JEE Main consists of two papers, Paper 1 for BTech/BE and Paper 2 for BArch/BPlan. The BTech/BE exam (Paper 1) will have 75 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), totaling 300 marks. Paper 2 is divided into two sections, Paper 2A for BArch and Paper 2B for BPlan. Paper 2A will include 77 questions worth 400 marks, while Paper 2B will consist of 100 MCQs, also totaling 400 marks. The Paper 2 exam will be conducted online, except for the drawing section of Paper 2A, which will be held offline.
