Best answer

Correct option is (2) 9.6

Convert the decimal numbers to fraction to Same denominator :-

\(0.6 = \frac {60}{100}\)

\(9.6 = \frac {960}{100}\)

\(0.12 = \frac{12}{100}\)

LCM of numerator 60, 960 & 12.

60 = 2 x 2 x 3 x 5 = 22 x 3 x 5

960 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 3 x 5 = 26 x 3 x 5

12 = 2 x 2 x 3 = 22 x 3

LCM = 26 x 3 x 5

= 960

All the denominators of the three numbers are the same and are 100.

So, the LCM of the denominator is 100.

LCM of the numerator and the denominator.

we get,

\(= \frac {960}{100}\)

\(= 9.6\).
