300 K ताप तथा 760 mm Hg दाब पर 500ml आयतन वाली H2 गैस का भार 4.09 x 10-2 g है तो हाइड्रोजन का अणुभार ज्ञात कीजिए।

हम जानते हैं कि PV = nRT 

अतः n = PV/RT

T = 300K, P = 760Hgmm = 1 atm. 

R = 0.082 L atm K-1 mol-1 V = 500ml = 0.5 L

अतः \(\frac{1\ atm\times 0.5\ L}{0.082\ L\ atm\ K^{-1}\ mol^{-1}\times 300\ K}\)

n = 2.03 × 10-2 mol

अतः H2 का भार = मोल मोलर द्रव्यमान 

= 2.03 × 10-2 × 2

= 4.06 × 102 g

अतः H2 का अणु भार = \(\frac{4.06\times 10^{-2}}{2.03\times 10^{-2}}\)

 = 2g
