Plants with stomata that open at night include the following two examples:
Cacti, such as species of Opuntia
The ability of cacti to adapt to arid conditions is widely documented. To reduce water loss, a feature of CAM photosynthesis, they open their stomata at night. They absorb carbon dioxide at night, store it, and use it for photosynthesis during the day when the stomata are closed.
(Ananas comosus) pineapple
Pineapples also open their stomata at night and use CAM photosynthesis. In hot, dry weather, this enables them to fix carbon dioxide while reducing transpiration losses.
