Correct option is: (1) 20%

Let Z = 100 m

X = 150 m (50% larger than Z)

Y = 125 m (25% larger than Z)

X larger than Y = 150 - 125

= 25

% of X larger than Y \(= 25 \times \frac{100}{125} \%\)

\(= 20\%\)

\(\therefore \) Percentage of X larger than Y is 20%.
