CSIR-UGC NET 2024: Exam Dates and Application Process

The CSIR-UGC NET 2024 exam will be held from February 16 to 28, 2024. It will be conducted in both English and Hindi, allowing candidates to choose their preferred language during registration.

How to Apply for CSIR-UGC NET 2024:

1. Step 1: Visit the official website.
2. Step 2: Click on the link to fill out the application form.
3. Step 3: Select the ‘New Registration’ button.
4. Step 4: Download the CSIR NET Information Vouchers and read the instructions carefully.
5. Step 5: Tick the checkbox at the bottom of the page and click ‘Click here to proceed’. This will open the CSIR NET registration form.
6. Step 6: Fill in the required details, pay the exam fee, and click submit.

The exam will last three hours and consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). You can pay the exam fee online using debit/credit cards, internet banking, or UPI.

The exam will cover five subjects:

• Chemical Science
• Earth Science (including atmospheric, ocean, and planetary sciences)
• Life Science
• Mathematical Science
• Physical Science
