- A total of 1,38,000 students are expected to appear for the summer session exams across seven districts under Mumbai University’s jurisdiction. For courses like Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSc IT) Semester 6, self-financed commerce and management courses, and media programs such as Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM) and Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia and Mass Communication (BAMMC) Semester 6, exams will begin on March 26, 2025.

- As per the official press release, over 1,38,000 students from various academic streams will participate in the exams. The breakdown is as follows:
- 14,723 students in Humanities
- 74,483 students in Commerce
- 27,134 students in Science
- 13,004 students in Technology
- 8,725 students in Law
