Best answer

Correct option is (B) -cos B

\(A + B + C = \pi\)

\(C + A = \pi - B\)

\(\cos (C +A) = \cos (\pi - B)\)

Using the trigonometric identity \(\cos (\pi - \theta) = -\cos(\theta),\) we get \(\cos (C+A) = -\cos(B)\)
