an object of mass 100kg is launched from the earth at some velocity y its destination is determined to reach the moon assuming there is no air at all in the earth's atmosphere but there is air in the moon's atmosphere of viscosity 10^2 it reach's the moon by one week . on its way there was a damping force applied which increased it's required energy from 1*10^5 to 1*10^6 joules. find the damping force and velocity at which the object is launched
