Correct option is : \((2)\ {C_1 <C_2\\U_1<C_2}\)

Steady state

\(\frac{C_1}{C_2} = \frac{Q_1}{Q_2}<1\)

(Connected across same potential difference)

\(\frac{C_1}{C_2} = \frac{U_1}{U_2}<1\)
