\(\beta=\frac{\triangle P}{\frac{-\triangle V}{V}} \Rightarrow \frac{\triangle V}{V}=\frac{\triangle P}{\beta}\)  

\(=\frac{10^3 \times10\times2500} {2\times10^9} \times 100\) 

\(=\frac{25}{20}\)

= 1.25%
