Best answer

Correct option is: (C) \(\frac{2}{3}\)

Let the number of red, blue and green balls be in the ratio 2 : 3 : 4.

The total number of balls is

2x + 3x + 4x = 9x

Number of blue balls = 3x

Number of non-blue balls = 2x + 4x = 6x

Probability (not Blue) = \(\frac{\text { No of non - blue balls }}{\text { Total numbers of balls }} \)

\(=\frac{6 x}{9 x} \)

\(=\frac{2}{3}\)
