(i) Internship training:
- It is one of the on-the-job training methods used in fields where practical knowledge is necessary in conjunction with study.
- Educational institutes get into agreements with business businesses or corporations to provide practical knowledge to their students by sending them to business organizations to gain practical experience.
- Students receive practical training while studying in this form of training.
- The technical institutes and commercial houses where students are dispatched during their vacations are properly coordinated. As a result, there is a "balance between theory and practice," and students gain practical experience while studying.
(ii) Vestibule Training: This training technique entails building a simulated workplace that closely mimics the real one. It is one of the methods for off-the-job training.
- Vestibule training is off-the-job instruction that teaches technical workers to use tools and machines in a simulated setting. (dummy model)
- Vestibule training is given to employees when new or advanced equipment or tools are introduced into the organisation and used to perform a specific job. Such equipment is delivered to a different location for demonstration and training on how to use and handle it securely by personnel.
- Vestibule training is appropriate when many people must be trained simultaneously for the same type of work. Instead of focusing on production, learning is the primary focus.
