What are colligative properties? Why are they also called democratic properties? Is osmotic pressure a colligative property? Prove it.

These are the properties of solution that depend on the number of solute particles in the solution not at all on the nature of solute particle. Above mentioned is also the reason as why are they sometime called as democratic properties. 

Yes, osmotic pressure is a colligative property because osmotic pressure of a solution is proportional to its molarity at a given temperature.
