Answer: (1) \(1.8 \times 10^3 J/m^3\)  

\(C = 1\ \mu m\)

V = 20 V

\(d = 1\ \mu m\)

Energy density = \(\frac{1}{2} \varepsilon_0 E^2\)  

\(E = \frac{V}{d} = 20 \times 16^6 \ v/m\)

\(U = 1.77 \times 10^3 J/m^3\)
