Current sensitivity of moving coil galvanometer \(= \frac{\phi}{I} = \frac{NBA}{K}\)

Where

N: Number of turns in coil,

B: Magnetic field.

A: area of coil

K : torsional constant

Current sensitivity can be increased by

• increasing number of turn (N) of the coil

• increasing magnetic field (B)

• increasing area of coil (A).
