Correct option is: (3) 5 

\((4-\sqrt3) \sin x -2\sqrt3\cos^2 x = \frac{-4}{1+\sqrt3}\)

number of solutions in \(\left[-2\pi, \frac{5\pi}{2}\right]=5\)
