Correct option is : (1) A = 1 and B = 1

 logic circuit

\(Y_1 = A.B,Y_2 = \bar A + B\)

\(Y = \overline{Y_1.Y_2} = \bar Y_1 + \bar Y_2\)

\(Y = \overline{A.B} + \overline{\bar A + B}\)

\(Y = \bar A + \bar B + A.\bar B\)

A B Y
0 0 1
1 0 1
0 1 1
1 1 0
