A copper bar specimen of 15 mm diameter and 150 mm gauge length when tested as a tensile test specimen, a force of 7.8 kN produces an extension of 0.066 mm. When the same specimen is tested under torsion, a twisting moment of 6.50 Nm produces an angular twist of 0.3°. Determine Young’s modulus, modulus of rigidity and Poisson’s ratio of copper.
