Correct Option- (A) 3 /16 

Explanation -

When a plant heterozygous for tallness and yellow colour are selfed, they will produce F2 generation with 16 different genotypes. Out of these, only one will be homozygous recessive genotype. Hence, the ratio of pure homozygous dwarf and green is 1 : 16.
