A hollow cubical box P is moving on a smooth horizontal surface in the x–y plane with constant acceleration of vector a = 3i + 4jm/s2. A block Q of mass 2kg is at rest inside the cubical box as shown in figure. lf the coefficient of fricition between the surface of the cube P and the block Q is 0.6. Then the force of fricition between P and Q is :

Correct option (D) 10N

Explanation:

a = √(32 + 42) =5m/s

fricition force f = m a = 2 × 5 = 10N
