Correct option is (B) CH= CH2

You need to first identify what is going to happen here. Take a hint from the question! It asks for the alkene formed, clearly this is an elimination reaction.

And if you paid attention in the videos, this is simply the Hoffmann elimination reaction. The key idea being that the less substituted alkene (Hofmann alkene) is formed.

So you have a lots of options for the formation of alkenes. There are 4 places where elimination could happen if you look carefully. Eventualy this happens:
