(a) : Thermal stability decreases gradually from NH3 to BiH3

So the stability also decreases. 

Decomposition temperature of the following are as follows:

NH3 (13000c)

PH(4400c)

AsH3  (2800c)

SbH3 (1500c)

BiH3 (room temp)

The size of the central atom increases from N to Bi therefore, the tendency to form a stable covalent bond with small atom like hydrogen decreases and therefore, stability decreases.
