(a) As the particles of the medium have translational motion, no rotatory motion when wave travels, so there is no transfer of angular momentum. 

(b) When wave travels from one medium to other , its speed and wavelength change. But frequency does not change. This is the reason that frequency is the fundamental property of a wave. 

(c) Rectilinear propagation is not a wave characteristic.
