20% (द्रव्यमान/द्रव्यमान) जलीय KI विलयन का अभिप्राय है कि KI का द्रव्यमान = 20 g 

विलयन में जल को द्रव्यमान = 100 g 

जल का द्रव्यमान = 100 – 20 = 80 g= 0.080 kg 

1. विलयन की मोललता की गणना 

KI का मोलर द्रव्यमान = 39 +127 = 166 g mol-1 

KI के मोलों की संख्या = 20g / 1.202 gmL-1  = 0.120

= 0.120mol / 0.0832L = 1.44 M
