इसका तात्पर्य है कि जिलेटिन की 0.005 मिलीग्राम मात्रा 10 मिली गोल्ड के कोलॉइडी विलयन का NaCl के 10% सान्द्रता के 1 मिली विलयन द्वारा स्कन्दन रोकती है।
