(i) Net electric field in region II = 1/2ε0 (σ1 -σ2)

Direction of electric field in from sheet A to sheet B.

(ii) Net electric field in region III = 1/2ε0 (σ1 -σ2)

Direction is away from the two sheets i.e. towards right side.
