Correct option (B) 72 

Explanation :

By Pythagoras theorem we have (OC)2 = (OP)2 + (CP)2 where C = (-g, -f) (Fig.). Therefore

g2 + f2 = 72 + (g2 + f2 - c)

= c = 72
