If the domain of the function f(x) = log2(√(x – 2) + √(4 – x)) is [a, b] then find the value of (2b – 3a) is

Given f(x) = log2(√(x – 2) + √(4 – x))

Clearly, Df = [2, 4]

Thus, a = 2, b = 4

Hence, the value of (2b – 3a)

= 8 – 6 = 2
