PCl5(g) ⇌ PCl2(g) + Cl2(g), K = 1.8 × 10-7 

ΔG° = -2.303 RTlogK = -2.303 × 8.314 JK-1mol-1 × 298K × log(1.8 × 10-7

= -2.303 × 8.314 × 298[log 1.8 + log10-7] = -19.147 × 298 [0.2553 – 7.000]
