Given, A = 6° ; nR = 1.514; nV = 1.523; θ = ?
∵ Dispersion for violet and red colour,
θ = A (nV – nR )
∴ θ = 6° (1.523 – 1.514)
= 6° × 0.009
or θ = 0.054°
