(1) These are sodium or Potassium salts of stearic acid These are derivatives of sulphonic acid and long chain hydrocarbons
(2) Do not give foams with hard water Give foams with hard water 

(b) Artificial sweetner → sucralose

Preservative → salt of sorbic acid

Soap → sodium palmitate

Detergents → cetyl tri methyl ammonium
