Best answer

It is given that

Diameter = 3mm = 0.3cm

Radius = 0.3/2 cm

We know that

Number of lead shots = volume of cuboid/ volume of 1 lead shot

By substituting the values

Number of lead shots = (12 × 11 × 9)/ (4/3 × (22/7) × (0.3/2)3)

On further calculation

Number of lead shots = (12 × 11 × 9)/ (4/3 × (22/7) × (0.027/8))

So we get

Number of lead shots = 84000

Therefore, the number of lead shots are 84000.
