- Sense of Responsibility :
A leader must have a sense of taking up responsibilities and to fulfill them sincerely. One who avoids responsibilities can never become an efficient leader. A leader gets authority by virtue of his position, but along with authority, responsibility is an essential corollary.
For a leader, the group interest should always supersede individuals: personal interest. He should always lay emphasis on subordination. If he sacrifices group interest for a personal interest, he can never be judged as a good leader
